Superb Service

Recently one of our computers, which we had purchased from Computer Corner, developed a mysterious fault so we took it back for repair. At Computer Corner it behaved perfectly, so we took it home and it quickly died again. Once again it behaved in the shop so this time Graeme came to our home and spent time getting it to work, which it did and then the next day……you guessed it died yet again. So back to the Corner again for extensive testing. On completion of the tests Graeme lent us a piece of equipment to try at home in case there were more shut downs. We are pleased to say that hasn’t happened and all is now well.

We highly commend Graeme and his staff for their persistence, patience and cheerfulness in the face of a baffling problem-they were determined to get it right. What they did was above and beyond the call of duty and we are very grateful to them. We recommend their services to everyone. So when your computer gets sick next time bring it along to Computer Corner and let them take care of it (and you). You won’t be disappointed.

The mysterious "fault" was most likely an issue with the power supply to the Landbeck's unit..Connecting an Uninteruptable Power Supply Unit (UPS) seemed to resolve the issue
